Instructions

In order to book Viol Consort services you have to follow the link on top of this page on the button BOOKING FORM
Once we receive your information we will prepare a contract and will be email it to you in the next 72 hours. You will review the contract and once you approve it we can proceed with the down payment. We ask for 50% down payment and on the booking form you can choose the best way of making the payment. Balance should be done 15 days prior the event or earlier.

Disclaimer

A.- Viol Consort does not play under the direct ray of sun, a shade should be provided by “the Employer” or make a previous arrangements with Viol Consort to hire this services.
B.- In the same way, Viol Consort won’t perform for any reason under the rain. (We recommend to have always a plan “B” for outdoor events).
C.- Performing Outdoors, Viol Consort won’t wear Tuxedos on 90+ degrees, please contact us or check our website for khaki and other options.
D.- Since Viol Consort is an organization with professional musicians and their time would be purchased, In case of any cancellation by the “the Employer,” the professional “is absolved of any responsibility and agreeing” the Employer “in losing the previously awarded advance.
E.- Viol Consort offers customers choose the repertoire to be performed at the event. If the list or idea is not submitted 15 day before the event, Viol Consort will choose the best of repertoire adapting to the event and venue.

F.- Any changes of date, time or location must be requested by email subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of communication from any family member or event coordinator to this matter.

Some locations may apply extra mileage when hiring for only ceremony or 1 hour outside the red circle.
